Affiliations

KSS International is an active and charter member in good standing of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association). We agree with their motto: "Dedicated to Improving Service".

Lorri Kern served on the MSPA Board of Directors from 2004 - 2010, and was instrumental in developing and implementing the MSPA Shopper Certification Program which quickly became the benchmark against which shoppers are now measured throughout the industry. As Chair of the Shopper Services Committee, she took a very hands-on approach to getting to know the shoppers personally and being "on the pulse" of the mystery shopper community. Various employees of KSS attend many of the shopper workshops hosted by the MSPA and sponsor online chats in various industry forums offering advice and tips to help shoppers be the best possible shoppers they can be.
