Lorri Kern has served on the MSPA Board of Directors since 2004, and was instrumental in developing and implementing the MSPA Shopper Certification Program which is quickly becoming the benchmark against which shoppers are measured throughout the industry. As Chair of the Shopper Services Committee, she has taken a very hands-on approach to getting to know the shoppers personally and being "on the pulse" of the mystery shopper community. She attends many of the shopper workshops hosted by the MSPA and hosts online chats in various industry forums offering advice and tips to help shoppers be the best possible shoppers they can be.
